Management Team
Sara Fernald
Sara Fernald is a seasoned business coach with 30 years of organizational, human resource, leadership, team and community development experience. The foundation of her expertise was formed at an early age when she grew up in a family-owned hospitality and real estate development enterprise in New England. Her firsthand experience with the challenges and opportunities of business ownership laid the foundation for her life as an entrepreneur dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for her clients and community.
Ms. Fernald studied psychology and political science at Trent University in Ontario, Canada. She subsequently developed a successful consulting practice in Ontario specializing in organizational development and adult education. For 17 years she deepened her knowledge of the keys to personal, professional and business development through contracts in the public and private sectors. Her dual citizenship provides her with an expanded perspective on individual, social and economic change.
Ms. Fernald is a pioneer in the business coaching and workstyle assessment arena, establishing her first executive coaching and HR strategy firm in 1995 to help individuals, organizations, and businesses define and achieve their unique vision of success. Through her business coaching practice, Sara has worked with a wide variety of clients in the commercial real estate, finance, insurance, high tech, retail, health, education, government and public service sectors. She has also served as Human Resources Manager at an international aerospace electronics engineering and manufacturing firm (Hispano-Suiza Canada, SAFRAN Group).
In 2004, Ms. Fernald set in motion a vision to transition her personal and professional life to a southern US city. She chose Atlanta, Georgia for its vibrant entrepreneurial nature and became a founding principal of Trireme Consulting in 2006.
Kathy Nunnally Anemogiannis
With a track record of more than twenty years of success in commercial real estate and technology, including duties with a large southeast regional commercial real estate firm, a Big 4 global real estate consulting practice and two real estate technology ventures, Kathy Nunnally Anemogiannis has earned a reputation as a strong leader. Kathy is known for her excellence in optimizing people, teams, proc¬esses and technology, and maximizing limited capital and resources, consistently delivering the highest level of service to businesses and their customers. Excelling in assessing business, market and technology trends, balancing risk with opportunity, and promoting new vision, direction and revenue-generating products and services, Kathy now applies a similar acumen to organizational development, delivering strategic HR solutions.
Stemming from her years as the operations executive and chief analyst for Deloitte’s Center for Applied Real Estate Research and Technology, Kathy now applies her modeling and analytical talents to job competency and cultural values modeling. Clients also benefit from her expertise in corporate communications, marketing communications, talent management, organizational design and development, leadership development, team development, and coaching and mentoring.
Prior to Trireme Consulting, Kathy was Chief Marketing Officer of FNC Inc. where she effectively positioned FNC to capitalize on the explosive mortgage industry growth at the time, and led a corporate change management initiative to transition the company from start-up to stabilized, professionally managed company. As President of RealEstate.com Kathy built top-flight operating and marketing teams, and outlined new business development strategies leveraging the Internet as a means to educate, influence and promote home-buying and real estate investment. Prior to that, Kathy was Director of Deloitte’s Center for Applied Real Estate Research and Technology, after having served as Vice President of Market Research and Corporate Marketing for Carter & Associates.
Kathy holds a B.A. in Multi-Disciplinary Studies from North Carolina State University and a Master’s Degree in Resource Economics from the University of Florida. Her professional affiliations include Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), and the MIT Enterprise Forum.
Jane Weathersby
Jane Weathersby has built and led domestic and international Human Resources functions in global news, entertainment, and media enterprises. Her 23 years of executive leadership include higher education, news and entertainment, non-profit, as well as Big 4 consulting experience. She has served in a full range of domestic and international executive HR capacities.
Jane has accomplished the full build-out of HR functional areas which encompassed all aspects of talent management including employee recruiting, selection, development, performance management, executive coaching and mentoring, succession planning and leadership training. She has designed and led comprehensive compensation plan implementation, including expatriate compensation, executive compensation, stock purchase plans, 401k plan design and implementation. She has led employee communication programs and implemented diversity plans. Her international benefit and compensation experience includes plan design and system implementation for employees throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Central and South America. Jane has managed national industry-wide benefit and compensation surveys. She has built and managed expatriate service centers, including payroll. She has led multi-functional teams in process redesign, system implementation, policy plan design, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Trireme Consulting, Jane was Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for Caribiner International. She led implementation teams in the Enterprise Application Practice area of Deloitte Touche Consulting. At Turner Broadcasting System in Atlanta, Jane served as Vice President, Corporate, International Benefits, Compensation, and Expatriate Services. Previously, she was Vice President of Human Resources for CNN, Director of Human Resources for CNN, and Director of Editorial Administration for CNN. Additionally, she has held positions at Boston University and The University of San Francisco, and co-founded a Waldorf High School in Decatur, Georgia.
Jane has an ABJ degree from The University of Georgia. Professional affiliations include SHRM Atlanta and The Turnaround Management Association.
