assessment tool designed for identifying top sales performers and measures
their "sales personality, sales knowledge and sales motivations." SalesMax
can be used during the new-associate selection process to identify those with
the greatest sales potential--as well as to identify strengths and "developmental
areas" to enhance the performance of existing sales professionals. The
system produces a 15-page or so development report (samples attached), that

of respondents. We do not charge by the number of respondents. Managers simply
pay per target person (each person they wish to receive feedback from others).
